Hi, Search fund community member:
My garden has come alive this Spring with lots of butterflies and ladybugs, particularly around the pigeon peas (also known as gandul or dhal) we planted in the Fall. Similarly, the participants of the EtA Launch Hub are alive and abuzz. They are attending their final sessions and preparing for graduation day on April 26th. It’s amazing to witness their plans sharpen and their ideas (ahem) flourish.
On Graduation Day, the fellows will present their narrative statement concerning their search for a small to mid-sized business to purchase — the culmination of their efforts over the past 90 days.
If you are an investor or service provider interested in attending or participating in our one-hour graduation ceremony, please email me.
Warm regards,
Karen
P.S.
We have book club this week on setting your business’ culture. Investors are interested in your business’ growth plans, and harnessing culture is a key part of that. Feel free to join the discussion, even if you haven’t read the book.
