I respectfully disagree with “Here’s The Problem With Small Black-Owned Businesses.”

In my experience, the issues customers face with small businesses and solopreneurs, especially minority-owned businesses, often stem from differences in values combined with a lack of infrastructure or financial resources. These challenges affect their ability to consistently provide timely and exceptional service.
