Our Roundtable welcomes CEOs and founders of both startups and acquisition-driven companies. Members typically range from early-stage leaders to experienced operators. Currently, all members—Surge, Point Break, and Mavericks—meet together, sharing perspectives across all stages. Membership in the CEO Roundtable is complimentary for graduates of the EtA Launch Hub during this introductory period.

Each month, we host a mix of guest mentoring (featuring accomplished CEOs) and peer-to-peer business workshop sessions. Past sessions have included founding CEOs sharing lessons from transitioning to scale, and deep-dive discussions where members present their own business challenges for group problem-solving, support, and mentoring. Our members set the pace and direct the agenda to obtain the most value out of the experience. 

The CEO Roundtable is designed to evolve alongside the needs and ambitions of its members. As our community grows and shifts, so too will the experiences and resources we offer. Sessions are held virtually via Zoom on the first Thursday of every month. As the roundtable grows, occasional in-person retreats are planned.

Our CEO Roundtable is designed as either a 6-month or annual commitment to ensure you fully benefit from community support and mentoring. We offer an annual membership on a reduced fee basis and a monthly subscription.
