In providing our range of digital products, including the VAULT digital video channel,  the Pipeline Prep student portal, PDF downloads, resource materials, and online content, we want to ensure a clear understanding of our payment and refund policies.


Transactions & Security

All transactions for the purchase of our intangible products are securely processed through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe, which utilize SSL encryption to protect your financial information. These platforms are widely recognized for their safety and reliability, accommodating various credit and debit cards from different countries.


Digital Product Policy

Given the digital nature of our products, they are considered “used” immediately upon download or opening. As such, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all purchases made, including Fetch Strategies or Pipeline Prep products. Due to the intangible nature of our resources, these items are non-refundable and not exchangeable.


Subscription Cancellation and Non-Renewal

We understand circumstances may change, which might lead you to cancel a subscription product. You can easily cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your  online portal; please be informed, we do not accept cancellations by email or messaging. You must cancel through your portal. Upon cancellation, you’ll retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle, ensuring you receive full value for your last payment.  Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next term.


Refunds and Credits for Subscriptions

Consistent with our digital product policy, we do not offer partial credits or refunds for canceled subscriptions. s.  Once a billing period has begun, your subscription will remain active and fully accessible until it concludes. No refunds are permitted for online courses.
