Help us to be ever faithful gardeners of the spirit, who know that without darkness nothing comes to birth, and without light nothing flowers.
— Mary Sarton
Hi, Search fund community member:
Last week, as I spotted several surprise volunteer plants sprouting in my garden— tomatoes —I was reminded of the unexpected gifts that emerge when the right conditions and support come together. In much the same way, our volunteer mentors are the steady, nurturing presence that allows our EtA Launch Hub fellows to thrive. This was beautifully evident during our recent graduation ceremony.
Our fellows presented their search narratives with clarity and passion, reaffirming why we do this work: to support those with the grit and vision to take on the challenge of business ownership. Their growth over just three months is a testament to the power of a caring and supportive community
With graduation complete, we now turn our focus to monthly mentoring sessions for our searchers and CEOs, alternating between peer mentoring and guest mentors. The wisdom and generosity of our mentor community provide the essential light that helps our fellows flourish.
If you’re interested in joining us as a guest speaker or mentor—or know someone who might be—please reach out. We’re always eager to welcome more gardeners of the entrepreneurial spirit to our community.
Warm regards,
Karen
P.S.
Aspiring searchers can start today with our self-directed program, and if accepted into the next EtA Launch Hub cohort, will receive a discount on the cohort fee. Please reach out for details or share this with anyone you think might be interested.
